About us

This website is operated by Creo3D Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [16968918].

These terms apply when you purchase products from www.creo3d.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order.

Products

We sell personalised gifts, engraved products, mugs, keyrings and 3D-printed products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizes and finishes accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and handmade, engraved or 3D-printed products may have minor variations.

Small layer lines may be visible on 3D-printed products and form part of the manufacturing process rather than being a fault.

Personalisation

You are responsible for checking all names, dates, spelling, wording, symbols, colours and other personalisation details before submitting your order.

We will normally make the product using the information you provide. Creo3D Limited is not responsible for errors in personalisation details supplied or approved by the customer.

We may contact you if instructions are incomplete or unclear. Production may be delayed until we receive the required information.

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation containing unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, abusive or infringing content.

Orders and acceptance

After placing an order, you should receive an order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we accept the order and begin production or send confirmation that the order has been accepted.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • personalisation instructions are unsuitable or incomplete;

  • an obvious pricing or description error has occurred; or

  • we cannot lawfully fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be received before production begins unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Production and delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are shown on product pages or during checkout. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders are normally dispatched from Poole, Dorset. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. An address may not be changed once production or dispatch has begun.

Cancellation and returns

Most consumers buying standard goods online have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving them. However, this cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Personalised and custom-made products therefore cannot normally be cancelled or returned because you have changed your mind once production has started.

Eligible non-personalised items may be cancelled and returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these terms removes your legal rights when goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Please contact contact@creo3d.co.uk as soon as possible and provide:

  • your order number;

  • details of the problem; and

  • clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Intellectual property and customer-supplied material

All website content, product photographs, Creo3D designs, graphics and branding belong to Creo3D Limited or are used with permission.

You must not reproduce or commercially use our content without written permission.

When supplying a logo, photograph, design, wording or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You agree that Creo3D Limited may use that material only as necessary to complete your order.

Product safety and use

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or warnings supplied.

Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children. Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions and supervising children where appropriate.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits or removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption, severe weather, supply interruptions, equipment failure or government restrictions.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The terms applying to your purchase will be those displayed when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.
